Cleansing Spaces – Bathrooms & Laundry Rooms

Tub (interior & exterior) and shower tiles cleaned and polished (except porous stone tiles).
Shower enclosures cleaned and polished (shower doors – interior & exterior).
Chrome fixtures cleaned and polished.
Clean/polish mirrors.
Countertops cleaned, disinfected, and polished (remove and clean all items before placing back on counter).
Sinks scrubbed, disinfected, and polished.
Entire vanity cleaned (exterior cabinets including front and sides).
Window frames cleaned (head, jambs, and sill).
Dust blinds (clean periodically, as needed, or at client's request).
Dust/wipe doors and door frames (head, jambs, and architrave).
Disinfect doorknobs.
Disinfect all electrical plates (switches and outlets).
Clean baseboards.
Ensure the room looks staged (neat and tidy – towels folded and hung, and all items are positioned in a cohesive manner).
Trash emptied.
Toilets disinfected inside and out, front and back, all the way down to the base.
Everything around the toilet wiped (walls, toilet bowl scrubber holder, trash cans, etc.).
Mop floors – when dry, replace all rugs.

Heart of the Home – Kitchen

Appliance exteriors cleaned (*interiors cleaned upon request at additional cost).
Microwave exterior/interior cleaned.
Exterior cabinets wiped clean (focus on high touch areas – knobs and near knobs).
Countertops and backsplash disinfected.
Most items on counter wiped clean and placed in the proper position.
*Dust window frames (head, jambs, and sill).
Dust blinds (*clean periodically, as needed, or at client's request).
*Dust door frames (head, jambs, and sill).
Disinfect doorknobs.
Disinfect all electrical plates (switches and outlets).
*Dust baseboards.
Sinks scrubbed and disinfected (dishes washed/put away upon request).
*Dust tables and chairs.
Wipe clean exposed trash cans from top to bottom.
Trash emptied.

Decompression Zones – Living, Family, & Bedrooms

Dust ceiling fans (height restriction – 2-step ladder and extension wand).
Make beds (linens changed upon request limited to one room, $15 for each additional room).
Remove debris and pet hair from upholstered furniture (vacuum at client's request).
Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened.
Clean lamps (*dust shades at client's request).
Picture frames dusted.
Clean/polish mirrors.
Dust furniture from top to bottom, side to side.
*Dust window frames (head, jambs, and sill).
Dust blinds (*clean periodically, as needed, or at client's request).
*Dust doors and door frames (head, jambs, and architrave).
Disinfect doorknobs.
Disinfect all electrical plates (switches and outlets).
*Dust baseboards.
Trash emptied.
Ensure the room is neat and tidy.
Floors vacuumed and/or mopped (under beds as accessible).

Free Flow Spaces – Foyer, Hallways, & Stairs

Remove debris and pet hair from upholstered furniture (*vacuum at client's request).
Cushions and pillows fluffed and straightened.
Clean Lamps (*dust shades at client's request).
Picture frames dusted.
Clean/polish mirrors.
Dust furniture from top to bottom, side to side.
*Dust window frames (head, jambs, and sill).
Dust blinds (*clean periodically - as needed, or at client's request).
*Dust doors and door frames (head, jambs, and architrave).
Disinfect doorknobs.
Disinfect all electrical plates (switches and outlets).
*Dust baseboards.
Vacuum and/or mop floors.
