At Cleanercession, we value growth, family, education, and balance. Cleanercession epitomizes starting from the bottom. As the owner, I began this business straight out of a recovery home with a mission from the Lord, dollar tree supplies, and a ride from my momma. I personally started with not much, but gradually this business has grown to cleaning schools, restaurants, offices, empty units for realtors and property managers, and luxury homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula. Residential cleaning is our forte – specifically, luxury real estate. After the initial service we’ve graduated from cheap supplies to eco-friendly products.

In the same way our company has grown, we love to see growth in our team members. We’re a small company, with room for expansion in every aspect. And who will we choose from? Our cleaning techs!

Perhaps you don’t have cleaning experience. That’s ok. All we ask is that you are teachable, flexible, you are an individual who takes ownership, and you communicate well with others. And with these qualities, we see a recipe for growth. You also understand that growth doesn’t happen overnight, sometimes it can hurt, or be uncomfortable, but you are resilient and up for the challenge.

We take the conscientious approach to cleaning to ensure our clients are thrilled with our work and look forward to our visits. With a desire to do things right, with excellence and integrity, we value education in and outside of our scope. We offer ongoing training, educating our team on systems, safety, and strategies to get the job done more efficiently and effectively. We train on appropriate conduct on the job and in our client’s homes so that you aren’t left in the dark concerning etiquette, and our clients feel safe and secure leaving their homes and personal items in our care.

But don’t get us wrong. While cleaning can be therapeutic, it can also be unappealing, so we have to make it fun! You might ask, how in the world do you make cleaning fun? Well, while we aren’t goofing around wasting valuable time, our teammates have a great sense of humor. We season our sessions with a bit of comedy, and we enjoy celebrating our team members and client’s birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

Our hours are 10am – 5pm (this is where flexibility can be applied), Monday through Friday, allowing our team a great work life balance. This is excellent for moms or dads who need their mornings to get the kids off to school, and back in time for pick up, or perhaps you need a supplemental income, or simply want to start and grow with a company. If you are interested in working nights and weekends, we have our Special Opps team as well, which services places of business.

Above all, we are a Christian owned company with a mission to get into people’s homes and shift the atmosphere, not only by cleaning, but through worship and prayer. You’ll often find us in homes singing to praise tunes, offering to pray with clients, through their homes, or simply interceding in our own time. This is at the core of what we do, and why this business started and continues. It makes it all the more important to us.
